At Herbiage Foods, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, delicious, and safe ready-to-make meals. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with your order, please read our policy below and contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, all food products are perishable and therefore non-returnable. We cannot accept physical returns of our food items.
However, we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement for your order if you experience any of the following issues:
- The item(s) you received were damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item(s) in your order.
- The item(s) were past their expiry date when delivered.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via email at {your-email@herbiagefoods.com}.
- In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the damaged, incorrect, or expired item and its packaging. This is required for our internal review.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Let us know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement item.
Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your request and review the details, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund after 7 business days, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at {your-email@herbiagefoods.com}.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded unless they are damaged, incorrect, or expired.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are approved for a replacement, we will ship the same item to you at no additional cost. The delivery time for your replacement item will be similar to our standard shipping times for Pune.
Gifts
If you received a damaged or incorrect item that was a gift, please follow the same process outlined above. If a replacement is approved, we will ship it to the original delivery address. If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original purchaser.
